Lead Times

Items are generally in stock and ship one business day after your order is paid for. However, certain items are made to order especially for you, for example our christening dresses and Legacy collection dresses. These take a while to make up by hand and you'll see a lead time listed on the page that looks something like this:

If you see this message, it means that your order will ship after the abovementioned lead times. Once your order has been made up, take not of the delivery lead times below.

Local Deliveries (South Africa)

For deliveries within South Africa we use locally trusted couriers. We charge a flat rate of R80 to major centers countrywide and R50 for Durban deliveries. Please note that if you're in an outlying area (as opposed to major centres) you may not be eligible for delivery with a courier and instead we'll send your package to your local post office for you to collect. Once your order is dispatched, we'll notify you how the package will be shipped and send you a tracking number. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.

We offer free delivery for all orders R750 or more. 

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide! Contact us for foreign pricing, shipping info and payment options.

Combined Shipping
If your order includes items with different indicated lead times, by default all items will ship together when everything is ready. If you would like items to ship separately please place separate orders for them.

 

VAT

We are not currently VAT registered, so our pricing does not include any taxes.

 

Returns

All items are quality checked in Durban before leaving. Lots of care goes into ensuring that you are getting exactly what you ordered. Please make sure that you have carefully chosen the correct size or colour options prior to ordering, as this cannot be changed once the order has been paid for. Due to the fact that each item is made to order, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns unless we incorrectly supplied you with something.

If for some reason you have received what you feel is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any return requests must be communicated within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will work together to find the best, simplest solution to any issues.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or credit if you simply "change your mind". 

Tolerable margin for slight discrepancies in fabrics, colours and embellishments

Because all of our products are made to order and manufactured by hand, no two items are 100% alike. This makes our products special and unique. We support local businesses as much as possible, so there are cases where certain fabrics and material become unavailable and need to be substituted for a close match. While what you see on our website is a good indication of what you'll receive, there are occasions where minor details may vary in the fabrics, colours, embellishments and lace, but if this is the case, it will only be allowed within our strict quality control margins.
